- App Usage: The LogALog app stores all your log data (timestamps, locations, and any saved location names) directly on your device. This information never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable iCloud syncing.
- Elevation Data: When you save a location in the App, the latitude and longitude coordinates of that location are sent to TerrainTap, a third-party elevation API service, to retrieve the elevation of the saved location. No other personal information is included in these requests.
- Website Usage: Our website does not use cookies, tracking technologies, or analytics tools. We do not collect information about your browsing behavior.
- Email Subscription: If you voluntarily sign up for email updates on our website, we collect your email address solely for the purpose of sending you occasional updates about the App.
2.2 iCloud Syncing
If you choose to enable iCloud syncing within the App:
- Your log data will be synchronized with your personal iCloud account
- This data is stored in your private iCloud container and is not accessible to us
